There are visits to Monfragüe that make us especially excited, as this group of representatives of organizations selected by the Regenerative Fund for Nature of Monfragüe. Kering y Conservation International to support promising and innovative regenerative livestock and agriculture projects focused on the production of wool, leather, cashmere and cotton.

Coordinated by the Global Nature Foundation, organizations such as Organic Cotton Accelerator, Solidaridad Latam, Wildlife Friendly Conservation South AfricaThe Good Growth Company and Inditex, have been able to learn for almost a week about different initiatives in Extremadura that have the potential to help catalyze the transformation of raw material production in the fashion industry and drive a shift towards agricultural practices that support biodiversity conservation, ecosystem restoration and local livelihoods.

And among these activities, we have not missed the visit to the Monfragüe National Park, where we have had the opportunity not only to show them the high biodiversity values of the National Park, but also to talk about the management of the surrounding pastures and livestock herds.
