We visited Trujillo with teachers and students from IES Santiago Apóstol and their Erasmus+ partners from Tulcea (Romania) who these days are enjoying a “Transnational Meeting” visiting some emblematic places of our region. And we will be happy to join you! Making Culture Alive.
Trujillo is known for its historical legacy, especially for being the birthplace of Francisco Pizarro, the Spanish conquistador who led the expedition that resulted in the conquest of the Inca empire. The students visited the Trujillo Castle, a medieval fortress that offers panoramic views of the city and its surroundings, and other monuments that reflect different architectural styles and historical moments.
