For years, Trujillo has been the setting for the filming of numerous successful movies and television series. This monumental medieval and Renaissance city offers a backdrop of incomparable beauty that allows historical recreations of cities of great realism and veracity, without the need for large sets.
During the visit, we will tour all the areas of the historic city that have been used for the filming of national series (Inés del Alma Mía, Hernan the man, Isabel…) and international (Game of Thrones, Still Star Crossed); as well as major film productions (1492: The Conquest of Paradise, The Black Tulip, The Lords of Steel, La Celestina…)
In the Plaza Mayor, the Castle, the Palace of Lorenzana, the Church of Santa María, the Espolón de la Muralla… we will show you the audiovisual pieces of the series and movies that have been filmed there, as well as images of the Making off of the different filming teams. All this through a tour through narrow irregular streets while we will tell you stories of nobility and conquest carved in stone.
